Fresh MCA(2011)/B.E(2010) graduates , for the position of Software Trainees.Software Trainees will undergo extensive Training in multiple technologies over a period of 2 to 3 months with a possibility of performing different roles across various SDLC phases.

Pre-requisites:

Technical

Knowledge of atleast one programming language/environment (C++ / Java / .NET / SQL)
 Must possess excellent aptitude & problem solving skills
 Must possess good analytical abilities
 Must be strong in basics/fundamentals in concepts such as Object Orientation, Data modelling, Web-architecture etc.
 Experience of developing final semester project using one of the above technologies, is an added advantage.

General

Must be an MCA / MSc (Computer science graduate) passed out in 2011 or B.E(Computer Science) Passed out in 2010, with a consistent academic record (Preferably more than 70%)
 Must have good communication
 Must have good attitude
 Must be willing to adapt to new environments
 Must be willing to travel abroad for Development / Implementation / Support
