As a Sales Associate, you'll be responsible to create the Database of prospective clients. Fixing up the appointments, passing on the sales leads to the sales department. Taking care of the existing clients. The candidate should have good telephonic manners.

Your exact level of responsibility may vary widely, according to your experience and seniority. However your routine work is likely to include :
 The candidate must be good at communication.
 Flair for selling over the phone.
 The candidate should be female only.
 Preferably six months relevant telemarketing experience including lead generation and responding to telephone queries (or potential to learn).
 A working knowledge of how to operate Word, Excel and E-mail. Use of CRM software would be an advantage,
 Should have well developed communication skills, both written and verbal
 Excellent customer focus and Good time management.
 Clear telephone manner and clear listening skills.
 Team player.
 Flexible approach & Demonstrates drive and positive approach to work and a determination and motivation to achieve targets.
 Experience in the IT or Telecoms industry would also be an advantage.

Work Experience :
Overall 0.6 - 1 year of Experience of which Minimum 6 Months as Tele caller is must. Should have Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power.
