Requirement Name- Design Engineer
Job Description:
3D and/or 2D of all piece parts/components of assigned projects
Responsible for Task tracking and Quality assurance for Deliverables
Planning and delegation of project works to team Members
DFMEA for own projects
Create mechanical requirements of product specifications
Prototype built documentation (BOM, process flow, testing parameters, etc…)
Provide all calculations/analysis needed to ensure high quality design (tolerance analysis, FEA, structural analysis, etc…)
Ensure designs and products follow internal and international standards for drawings, documentations, specifications, etc… like TS16949, VDA6.1
Create primary technical component / module information to serve as a basis for quote and cost assessment
Support standardization with reference to Engineering Specifications and contribute in improving the quality level of existing standards
Communication language is English
Skills
Capable of handling stress and ability to manage engineering projects and tasks in a fast-growing, highly matrix organization; practiced at juggling multiple priorities.
Working knowledge of Catia V5 OR Solid edge OR Unigraphics
