Openings for UK and Australian inbound process, at the Customer Service Associate level,

We would look at candidates who are –
Graduates (No Backlogs), with or without experience.
12th and Diploma Holders (10+3) with a minimum of 6months experience in any Domain, with an excellent command over English and willing to work in shifts.
Minimum 20 years of age.

10std with 6months of minimum work experience (any domain) with good command over English and who are 20-years old and above can also be considered for the current requirements.

Job Description
An inbound CSA deals with a number of incoming calls pertaining to a wide variety of services provided by the clients. The associate provides excellent customer service and gives precise information to the customer ensuring customer satisfaction.

Candidates need to be flexible with shifts as per a 24/7 working environment. They also should have a typing speed - minimum of 15 wpm with 85 accuracy.
Well versed with computers & ability to navigate between screens quickly while speaking with customers is a must.

Fast learners with a passion for customer service

For voice we will be looking at excellent communication skills, grammar pronunciation
We do not hire candidates who have completed the below mentioned courses
